A dog bite is the most common trauma among animal bites, and it has varying severity, from simple skin lacerations to defects in whole tissue layers. Considering aesthetic functional importance of nose, an appropriate reconstruction should be conducted for large full-thickness defects. Although this quite common, literature detailing surgical lacking, especially domestic journals. 45-year-old male patient visited outpatient clinic due nasal caused by a bite. The patient’s nose showed whole-layer defects, with necrotic tissues at periphery. Nasal surgery was using forehead flap ear cartilage composite graft. Pedicle division three weeks after primary surgery. outcomes were satisfactory. Our experience demonstrates that useful option reconstructing badly injured
